[필수요건]
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry and/or Electronics.
- 3~7 years of Marketing experience in Electronics business and/or in fine chemical companies for Electronics market with Technical knowledge of silicone.
- Good communication and English language skills.

Position Description:
- Develop a regional execution plan by working with the Commercial manager based on Major Market plans and take-up Functional Action list
- The plan’s key goal is to enhance market position in the region and also in the global market.
- The plan should contain effective/competitive strategies in the market for Channel and Promotion.
- Proactively communicate the local market needs, and competitive situation and the region’s support.
- Update market share estimate and competitive situation for Major market/ Key segments.
- Articulate the marcom needs and support Marketing Communications tactics execution for the annual budgeting.
- The plan should contain effective/competitive strategies in the market for Channel and Promotion.

- Regional Marketers will participate in the Global Channel Team
