자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree in Science / Chemist / Pharmacy preferred.
- A Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
- 3 or more years of biotech/pharmaceutical and/or clinical experience is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior working experience in Medical Information and/or Pharmacovigilance department
- Excellent ability in searching and interpreting medical literature.
업무내용
- Provide high quality, balanced and timely information to requests for medical information from both internal and external customers based on scientific and objective references.
- Develop standard document for frequently asked questions.
- Maintain a database and tracking log of the Medical Information requests and responses.
- Develop and maintain a current knowledge of products and disease states.
- Receive and initially process product complaints; forward information to the QA.
- Review promotional material for adherence to advertising regulations and guidelines, and medical accuracy and maintain tracking log.
- Process safety information from solicited/unsolicited sources according to the local regulation and Corporate’s SOP.
- Report adverse events to the appropriate Regulatory Authorities according to the local regulations
- Report safety information to the Corporate’s PV team according to the Corporate’s SOP.
- Exchange safety information with external partners according to the SDEA
- Maintain a safety information tracking log and archive the related documents for all pharmacovigilance activities.
- Provide pharmacovigilance training to internal staff, and external partners, as required.
