A global sports fashion company is seeking a 'Retail Manager' as follow;
* Job Title : Retail Manager
* Position: Team Manager
* Location: Seoul
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Responsible for the all direct-operated stores providing excellent customer service, achieving sales target and thereby enhancing the brand image
- Carry out regular visit on all direct operated stores to collect market information
- Prepare monthly sales report by store managers for submission to sales director
- Analyze KPI and share regularly the information with staffs in stores
- Communicate with store managers about action plan to increase KPI
- Manage manpower allocation and the work schedule of all store employees in terms of overtime, leave, absence, reporting late for work
- Plan for the opening of new and renewal of existing stores in terms of store furnishing and architecture, space negotiation, product selection, employee hiring within required time and budget
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 8 year sales experience in sportswear or footwear or apparel or fashion.
- At least 3 year retail management experience is required.
- Have effective communication skills
- Proficient in English language (both verbal and written)
