A global sports fashion company is seeking a 'Retail Sales Specialist' as follow;
* Job Title : Retail Sales Specialist
* Korean Title: 대리 ~ 과장 (Daeri ~ Gwajang)
* Location: Seoul
* Reporting to: Senior Sales Manager
[Responsibilities]
- Optimize sales by achieving sales goals with assigned accounts.
- Accountable for selling products to assigned accounts.
- Drive revenue growth and maximize profits for retail store
- Develop accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, sales forecasts and scenario plans.
- Use advanced skills for strategic account/product planning and analysis of assigned accounts.
- Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.
- Establish and maintain timely, consistent and responsive external and internal relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer’s business.
- Accountable for in-depth knowledge of competitor’s policies, programs and products, as well as territory and national demographics and economic influences.
- Demonstrate leadership through regional/national industry participation.
- Drive sales and build relationships by facilitating retailer events.
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- 5 to 7 years of sports product (footwear) industry field sales experience.
- Prefer a strong understanding of product lines.
- Be results orientated and make constant progress towards and achieve sales goals.
- Understand the competitive market, customers and retail trends.
- Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability.
- Be able to develop accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans.
- Have effective communication skills, including the abilities to negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.
- Fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
