[Responsibilities]
- Responsible & leading of customer oriented training organization
- Managing customer satisfaction surveys for the After Sales business.
- Analysis the results of customer satisfaction surveys for the After Sales business and implement improvement actions
- Guide & coach all service centers for higher customer satisfaction survey results
- Manage & communicate with outsourced customer care center
- Conduct complaint customer handling
- Communication with service centers and coordination with them for customer’s complaint resolving
[Qualifications]
- University(college) degree of engineering, mechanical/automotive engineering
- More than 5 years experience in automotive industry
- Commercial vehicle experience would be advantage
- Good command of English speaking & writing
- Be familiar with MS Office applications
