[RESPONSIBILITIES]
<PR>
- Take responsibility for all communication activities for company and assist top managers to represent company as a company representative for a wide variety of media inquiries
- Develop print, online & TV media material supporting marketing campaigns; and counter misinformation that might interfere with business of the company.
- Devise specific communications materials and campaigns based on understanding of journalists' interests; engage in face-to-face meetings with commentators and other opinion leaders.
- Lead and organize media tours to both domestic and foreign events.
- Train and provide advice to company officials for press conferences, media interviews and media presentations and manage a PR agency to help support day-to-day inquiries, special projects, and events.
<Event & CRM>
- Ensure effective implementation of all event programs in the process of conceptualization, preparation of event and generate good campaign result to maximize brand awareness and image of company.
- Coordinating the specific objectives of the event strategies with internal departments to maximize the operations that support the execution of the overall company strategy in accordance with external market demands and internal goals of company.
- Take responsibilities to review all project preparation. Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans by having regular meeting with agency and simulation of the event, and pre-production which will be used for event.
- Build CRM platform and maintain close contact and communication with opinion leaders and reflect their needs to overall business of company.
- Try to adapt and localize international standard of campaigns and event promotions, ensuring consistency of company brand message across the country
<Execution and Implementation>
- Serve as the primary contact point person for monitoring and evaluating related work and encouraging staffs (both internal & external) to report frankly and promptly on fieldwork, highlighting problems and possible solutions plus lessons learned.
- Manage and roll-out key events such as end-customers events (Motor show, Product launching, Driving experience, Roadshows, etc) and brand-enhancing events (CSR, Customer events, etc) as well as media related events (Photo session, Conferece, Tour, Interveiw, Test ride, etc)
- Check up and give feedback to team member and also to the company in timely manners.
<Managerial Reporting>
- Report media environment and news result regular and ad-hoc base through media news monitoring and post media meeting.
- Should be able to lead and manage related agencies to bring as optimal performance as possible.
- Conduct competitive analysis to ensure market trends and competitive media environment as well as customer trends.
- Inform and review communications activities across the market, products and competitors in line with the PR & Events.
- Should be in charge of all paper work and process in conducting given projects. (Ex. Contract, PO, Inspection report, Left over items, etc)
- Propose and develop PR & Event plans to support marketing activities and deliver voice of management among team members. Also report a general status of team members (needs, request, problem, etc) to prevent from causing dissatisfaction at work.
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- 5+ years in the industry experience
- Commercial Vehicle or Auto industry experience (preferred)
- University degree
- Fluent in English language (both spoken and written)
