[RESPONSIBILITIES]
*  To plan, direct, control and co-ordinate sales activities of the company to meet and/or exceed sales and income targets to maximize revenue and profitability
*  To develop strong business relationships with senior managers in global network as well as in the Healthcare industry in general
*  Develop sales, market share and gross profit objectives consistent with overall business strategies, return on investment and competitive position
*  Develop and submit for approval and execute realistic business development activities, programs and set budgets
*  Manage costing and proposals as requested for all marketed products
*  Manage and conduct presentations to and negotiations with prospective customers to achieve growth objectives as requested
*  Manage regular reports and analyses of new business achievements, opportunities and targets
*  Establish project brief (unspecified projects) in conjunction with the client
*  Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to extend and develop the company’s customer and profit base
*  Develop a company strategic business direction & plans through managing marketers

 

[QUALIFICATIONS]
*  Bachelor's degree or Above
*  Minimum ten (10) years of experience in sales role in a pharmaceutical industry
*  Experience in team leadership, motivating people and project management and excellent performance
*  Result-oriented with good communication and people skills
*  Proactive with strong leadership, Computer literate, Good command of spoken and written English
*  Customer Focus, Communication, Drive & Achievement, Performance Management & Development
